Bass may be his primary instrument, but Mike
is a very versatile musician who also plays
keyboards, banjo, mandolin, guitar and many
more! Born in Wheeling West Virginia, he
spent some of his formative years here in the
Capital region, and attended the Crane School
of Music. He played in a diverse array of bands
over the years, including horn bands 40,000
Headmen and Tight Squeeze, as well as
Moonlighting, Groove Street, and the Charlie
Vatalaro Band. As a freelancer, he has had the
opportunity to play with many other bands in the
area and has established himself as a go-to
guy playing various instruments for numerous
theatrical productions in the Capitol Region.
